Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at LexEra located in Jodhpur. The incumbent will handle daily tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, client consultations, and case management. The Associate will be responsible for attending court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Legal Research and Drafting legal documents skills
• Experience with court proceedings.
• Ability to Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong ethical practices and adherence to professional integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or similar qualification
• License to practice law in the state of Rajasthan is a plus.
• Could meet deadlines.
