Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Lemon Tree Hotels in Gurgaon. The Associate will be responsible for daily customer interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and supporting hotel operations to maintain high service standards. The Associate will also assist in administrative duties and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
