Job Description

Role Overview: As a Leadership Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting senior executives and high-impact leaders for Consumer & Operations functions. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle from Analyst to Executive Director and delivering strategic talent solutions that shape the future of the organization. Your primary focus will be on experienced and leadership hiring, including candidate development, market mapping, and succession planning for critical leadership positions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior managers and executive candidates will be essential for your success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership roles, from direct sourcing to successful placement. - Manage hiring from Analyst to Vice President level as well as leadership hiring. - Conduct strategic intake sessions with hiring leaders, advising on best practices for leadership hiring, recruitment processes, and compliance. - Evaluate, interview, and present high-caliber leadership candidates, refining search strategies based on stakeholder feedback. - Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, influencing senior decision-makers and managing expectations throughout the executive hiring process. - Educate candidates on career advancement, executive compensation, and the unique value proposition of joining the leadership team. - Develop and implement diversity hiring strategies for leadership roles to ensure a robust and diverse executive talent pipeline. - Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor insights to inform leadership hiring decisions. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in full life cycle executive recruiting within a fast-paced corporate or search firm environment. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex leadership searches and deliver exceptional stakeholder service. - Outstanding relationship management skills, with a track record of building trust with senior leaders and executive candidates. - Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive executive talent. - In-depth knowledge of executive compensation structures across industries, with the ability to negotiate complex leadership offers. Additional Details: Prior experience in executive search, combined with corporate recruiting expertise, would be considered a preferred qualification for this role.,
