• 
  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and back-of-house operations in line with HACCP and hotel standards.

• Support smooth kitchen operations by ensuring proper waste segregation, stock of cleaning supplies, and safe handling of chemicals and equipment.

• Collaborate with culinary and service teams, assisting during peak operations, and uphold safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times.

• 
  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Diplomas/certifications are additional advantage
