Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in RPT Compliance : Support the team in reviewing and analyzing related party transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Help in preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to related party transactions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by necessary agreements. Data Analysis: Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to identify related party transactions and assess their impact on financial statements. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather relevant information and assist in the smooth execution of audits, compliance checks, and reporting processes. Regulatory Research: Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices related to related party transactions, and support the team in implementing changes as required. Support in Audits: Assist senior team members in performing audit tasks related to RPT, including ensuring accurate disclosure in financial statements.
