Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate - Inside Sales position based in Coimbatore. As an Associate - Inside Sales, your daily responsibilities will include generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting account management and driving sales growth by providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain positive client relationships
• Knowledge of Account Management processes to manage and grow existing accounts effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work proactively and meet targets under minimal supervision
• Relevant experience in the education or skill-development industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and related sales platforms is beneficial
