Job Description The AskHR Support Team is accountable for numerous HR activities related to payroll, relocation, vendor management and project management operations. The HR Payroll Senior Associate works with our off-shore payroll vendor on requests that need on-site handling, performs some vendor management duties to maintain integrity in daily payroll processes, and supports historical data requests. This is a customer facing role which is essential to the day to day operations of the payroll processes of Allstate Key Responsibilities Identifies and evaluates trends for improving overall Ask HR Support Team workflow Maintains compliance of state separation notice process Provides notary services Processes various checks payable to Allstate Preliminary reviews and forwards garnishments to our third party processor and mails related answers to vendors in a timely manner Various projects as they arise Manages fulfillment queue in case management tool in support of AskHR (e.g. overpayment letters, Crystal report requests, relocation initation forms, etc.) Opens, sorts and distributes large quantities of mail daily Works with a small team and serve as a back-up to other processes within AskHR and Ask HR Support Team Education High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) Experience 0-2 years experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.
