Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • 1. Basic Digital Literacy Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and content creation. Ability to navigate virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom). 2. Learning Tools Familiarity Exposure to or willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (LMS) like SuccessFactors etc. Basic understanding of eLearning formats (SCORM, video-based learning). 3. Content Support Ability to assist in content formatting and uploading on learning platforms. Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva or PowerPoint) for creating simple learning aids. 4. Data Handling Comfort with basic data entry and reporting in Excel. Ability to maintain learning records and dashboards under guidance. 5. Adaptability to Technology Willingness to learn AI-enabled tools for content generation and personalization. Openness to explore new learning technologies as guided by the team.
