Role: HR and Admin - Chennai Job Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. Develop talent pipelines and maintain a strong database of potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies. Use job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for sourcing candidates. Conduct initial screening calls and co-ordinate interviews. Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new employees. Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity. Organize team-building activities, rewards & recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.. Plan and execute company events, celebrations, and cultural activities. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing them proactively to enhance job satisfaction. Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.. Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards for recruitment and engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee office administration, including facilities management and vendor coordination. Manage procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and other necessary resources. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees. Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and data confidentiality. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Supervise housekeeping, security, and overall office maintenance. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in HRMS, job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Office. Key Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results. Ethical mind set with the ability to maintain confidentiality and independence.
