As an Associate at Harshwal Consulting Services LLP, you will play a crucial role in handling US accounting processes, assisting in audits, and supporting US tax compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling US accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and trial balance. - Preparing and reviewing financial statements under US GAAP with guidance from senior team members. - Supporting audit procedures such as vouching, verification, and analytical reviews, ensuring proper documentation. - Assisting in the planning and execution of audits (internal, statutory, tax, and compliance). - Helping prepare US federal and state tax filings and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. - Researching and applying relevant tax provisions under supervision, providing inputs for optimization. - Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports for internal and client purposes. - Continuously updating knowledge on US accounting, auditing, and taxation standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance-related fields. - CA Inter (Dropout). - Strong knowledge of basic accounting and auditing principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel. - Good written and verbal communication skills.
