Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description

This role seeks a proactive, enthusiastic designer with strong creative acumen. The role primarily focuses on developing visual content for employer branding, internal communication, and marketing initiatives, with a specific emphasis on engaging the younger demographic in the talent and employer branding space. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design and be able to create impactful designs that effectively communicate the company s brand and message to younger audiences. In addition to graphic design and motion graphics skills, experience in digital and video production will be an added advantage Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably with a focus on employer branding, internal communications, and marketing. Experience working with young demographics in a talent or employer branding context is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience in video production and motion graphics is highly preferred. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
