We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to collaborate with our marketing and IT teams in creating visually stunning graphics that align with our IT services brand The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work with a variety of digital platforms and media Key Responsibilities Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, infographics, icons, and layouts for digital and print media such as websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, presentations, brochures, and reports Branding and Identity: Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and overall branding across all marketing materials, while adhering to the companys brand guidelines Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to design promotional materials, advertisements, case studies, and client presentations UX/UI Design Support: Assist in creating intuitive user interfaces, visual designs, and wireframes for web and mobile applications Social Media Design: Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc ) and optimize graphics for various formats Design Iterations: Take feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs to meet project requirements Digital Advertising: Design eye-catching visuals for online campaigns, including display ads, banner ads, and email campaigns Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT services or tech-related field or digital marketing industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent design software Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) and responsive design practices is a plus Familiarity with UX/UI principles and wireframing tools (e g , Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print media Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members APPLY NOW
