Associate Graphic Designer (Immediate joiner)

Title: Junior Graphic Designer (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)

Work Mode: Hybrid—5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, reels layouts, and ad creatives.
• Design marketing materials - posters, banners, menu cards, packaging, branding items, etc.
• Support senior designers in maintaining brand consistency across all projects.
• Work on multiple design briefs with timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with writers, social media managers, photographers, and editors.
• Adapt concepts into multiple sizes/formats for different digital platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, typography, color theory, and modern aesthetics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of design experience

  in an agency or brand.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Ability to convert ideas into clean, high-quality visual designs.
• Understanding of layouts, composition, branding, and typography.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly.
• Portfolio showcasing social media design and brand work.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Basic video editing for reels/shorts.
• UI/UX fundamentals (not mandatory).
