Job Description Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic, high-performing Associate for the Founder’s Office to work directly with our leadership team. This is a strategic role designed for individuals who are analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to high-impact projects across business functions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, and execution. Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and market studies to support decision-making. Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of key business objectives. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Act as a thought partner to the founder, providing insights, recommendations, and operational support. Support investor relations, fundraising activities, and key business meetings. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-growth startups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
