Associate Executive Producer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Executive Producer to manage shoots and oversee production-related activities for influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating with influencers, brands, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of content creation and campaign deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer marketing shoots from pre-production to post-production. Work closely with influencers, content creators, and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics for all production-related activities. Collaborate with videographers, photographers, stylists, and other crew members to execute high-quality content. Ensure smooth on-ground execution of shoots, troubleshooting any real-time issues. Supervise editing, post-production, and final content delivery as per brand guidelines. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, production houses, and creative agencies. Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, content production, and social media. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in content production, influencer marketing, or media. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of video production, editing processes, and social media content trends. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and industry best practices is a plus.
