Our Core Values: Teamwork Honesty Commitment Passion Positive Attitude Position Overview: We are looking for an Associate Email Marketing Specialist to drive customer retention and repeat purchases through strategic campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role focuses on developing and executing targeted email campaigns for paid-acquired customers, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing email journeys. The ideal candidate will leverage SFMC's Journey Builder, manage data segmentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and compliance. They will also conduct comprehensive customer analysis to enhance personalization and drive impactful results. Roles & Responsibilities: SFMC Campaign & Journey Management: This includes the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, particularly for paid-acquired customers, and the creation and optimization of email journeys using SFMC's Journey Builder. Performance Analysis & Optimization: This involves monitoring KPIs, generating detailed reports, conducting A/B testing, and using analytical insights to improve campaign effectiveness and drive better results. Data Management & Segmentation: This covers building and managing data extensions within SFMC to create targeted audience segments, enabling personalized communications and enhancing customer engagement.
