We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate EDI Developer to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, implement, and support EDI solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between businesses. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in the EDI development field. Required Skill Set: Strong Integration design and development using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Axway B2Bi tools. Good API working knowledge on JSON, Swagger, Open API, WSDL, SOAP+XML, transformations, API connectors, Catalog, publish, maintain, manage access in API Portals and various API authentications like API Key, OAuth, basic userid/password, SSL etc. Effective written and oral communication skills Possess good technical expertise and perform EDI (ANSI-X12 / EDIFACT / XML / CSV / JSON / SOAP+XML) map development related to logistics industry, and using standard protocols of AS2 / SFTP / FTP / PESIT / MQ / MQFTE etc and possess good understanding of Logistics and SCM operations to conduct and manage project development. Superior troubleshoot and problem resolution skills Proven process and solution skills to deliver maximum results Highly motivated team player with good understanding in multiple integration platforms Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority EDI & API projects in a 24x7 support environment Continuous Learning & Formal Presentation. Ready to work during weekends schedule to provide 24 x 7 production support on EDI & API Integrations. Monitor EDI & API integration systems, processes, and transactions to ensure smooth operations and error-free performance. Collaborate and provide technical support to trading partners, customers, and internal teams to address EDI-related inquiries and resolve problems. Monitor EDI & API translation and communication failures, report the errors and provide resolutions to fix the errors. Required Technical Skills: IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Axway B2Bi tools;API knowledge on JSON, Swagger, Open API, WSDL, SOAP+XML. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of EDI working experience in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Axway B2Bi tools, with at least 2 years in providing support and assistance to customers relating to Onboarding EDI and managing API projects in hybrid cloud environment model. Proven track record in managing IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results Required Language Skills: English language proficiency.
