Job Title: Associate Domestic Sales / International sales Location: [Hyderabad] Department: Sales & Admissions Work Mode: Work from Office/ UK Shifts Transportation: (Two way cab provided) Job Purpose: The Associate Domestic Sales is responsible for driving student enrolments by providing personalized counseling and end-to-end support throughout the admission process. The role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through academic and career planning, and facilitating their admission journey from initial inquiry to successful enrolment. The Associate plays a critical role in achieving the organizations domestic enrolment targets by delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Admission: Counsel and guide prospective students on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements. Assist students through the complete application process from inquiry, application, financial aid guidance, to deposit and enrolment confirmation. Evaluate student applications and determine eligibility based on institutional criteria. Sales and Conversion: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and convert inquiries into confirmed enrolments. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs. Create a sense of urgency to ensure timely application submission and deposit closure. Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with students and families to provide ongoing support and maintain engagement through the admission cycle. Act as a liaison between internal academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process. Administrative Support: Manage and update student information accurately in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Handle email communications and follow-ups as required. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, student recruitment best practices, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales and admissions strategies. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduate Degree (any discipline). Experience: Minimum 3+ years in student counseling, educational sales, academic advising, or similar domestic sales roles. Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). Strong consultative sales skills and customer service orientation. Effective organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Ability to create urgency and close sales effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive approach.
