Associate Director & Wealth Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, growing, developing, and managing the Investment Services business in the allocated territory for the Retail Banking sector. Your main role will involve driving the Investment Services business through various segments of the Bank where customer relationships are managed by Relationship Managers. As a product specialist, you will be engaged in offering detailed information on various third-party investment products distributed or referred by the Bank. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the Investment Services business in the allocated territory to achieve a leadership position in the region. - Drive the Investments business through the segment/channel teams and update them on market trends and house views. - Coach Relationship Managers on various investment products and processes. - Review product performance availed by customers and provide inputs to customers/RMs on products/transactions. - Build and deepen relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure IS is viewed as a value proposition. - Manage product providers at a local level and maximize sales and AUMs from the allocated territories. - Suggest innovative products and product bundles based on market/customer needs and ensure acceptance among all stakeholders. - Integrate into the Premium Segment setup in the allocated branches. - Ensure stringent adherence to sales and operational processes. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification should be post-graduation. - Candidate should be AMFI certified.
