Job Description

Position Responsibilities Responsible for line management of the Systems & Data and Imaging Management Team in Hyderabad
Perform side-by-side coaching, deliver performance evaluations and goal setting for team
Team mentoring, hiring, training, and keeping motivation levels in a dynamic environment
Work with the Head of the Specimen Systems & Data team to develop processes and procedures and prioritize work for CBI s systems
Ensure alginent with the Head of the Imaging team for BOW distribution within team
Able to learn and provide guidance in the day-to-day activities of the roles within remit
Maintain organizational metrics
Contributes to integration efforts to facilitate around the clock activities and process improvement initiatives across internal and external organizations
Contribute to CBI initiatives

Degree Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum preferred of 6 years of global experience in clinical drug development, biospecimen management or related experience Minimum preferred 2 years of people management.
