Associate Director of Legal

Role Overview:

We are seeking a female legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal advisory. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, manage transactional documentation, and ensure adherence to RERA and other applicable regulations in the NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal advisor for major business transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Strategically plan and structure cost effective deals to align with organizational objectives keeping the requirements of licensing applicable in NCR region, stamp duty efficiency and RERA compliance.
• Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support for raising offshore funds.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters concerning RMZ developments.
• Monitor NCR specific real estate laws and regulatory compliance.
• Preference will be given to candidates presently associated with a law firm.
