Job Title: Associate Director-.Net Full Stack

Location: Gurugram

What you will be doing:

1. Project Leadership & Execution

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for clients.
• Define and manage implementation timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Lead infrastructure provisioning (UAT, PROD), licensing, and product deployment.

2. Team Management & Coordination

• Supervise cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and support engineers.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure sprint alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge continuity across workstreams.

3. Client Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients during onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct training sessions, demos, and feedback loops with client stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and SLAs.

4. Governance & Reporting

• Participate in governance calls and status reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track effort, cost, and resource utilization using structured costing models.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
  5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to SOC-2, data retention, and vulnerability assessment protocols.
• Oversee audit trails, database snapshots, and security configurations (e.g., Azure Key Vault, LoadRunner licensing)
  What youll need to have:
• A bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, business, or engineering with over 15 years of experience.
• Understanding of Full Lifecycle Product Development and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience in data management, programming, systems analysis, and technology architecture
• Experience in front-end frameworks, such as Angular 8+ and higher / Bootstrap, and backend frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, and SOAP / REST APIs
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and MS Azure
• Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
• Experience in conducting daily standup, planning, monitoring, and control
• Ability to risks / issues planning, identification, and resolution
• Experience in project governance and status reviews
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
