In the role of Associate Director - Fulfilment Experience at Meesho, you will be part of the Fulfillment and Experience team, contributing to shaping the experience of e-commerce users in tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India. Your responsibilities will include leading the Strategy and Operations Teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving key initiatives to enhance user and seller satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Fulfilment Experience team to improve Operational KPIs and Satisfaction scores continuously. - Establish strong collaborations with Business, Product, Tech, and other verticals within the Organization. - Engage with external partners such as Logistics to optimize efficiency and experience through strategic initiatives. - Drive projects to transform user engagement strategies and take ownership of PnL within your function. - Ensure Meesho remains the preferred e-commerce channel for a diverse customer base. **Qualifications Required:** - A premium MBA with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Start-ups, Consumer internet companies, Management consulting, or FMCG Operations. - Strong data-driven mindset for solving complex problems analytically. - Proven ability to lead diverse teams and outsourced personnel effectively. - Track record of successful initiative execution with extreme ownership and 10x thinking. - Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
