You’ll set strategic direction, drive key initiatives, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, alliances, and HR operations. Responsibilities 1. Growth & Business DevelopmentSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Build and manage a high-performing sales team; define territories, quotas, and KPIs.Own deal cycles—prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.Marketing & Brand PositioningPartner with marketing to craft messaging, collateral, and digital campaigns.Oversee lead-generation programs (events, webinars, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach).Analyze campaign performance and iterate to maximize ROI and pipeline velocity.Alliances & PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances (technology partners, vendor ecosystems, referral networks).Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branding opportunities, and co-selling motions.Track partner performance; optimize incentive models and co-selling processes.2. Talent Management & OperationsRecruitment & StaffingDefine hiring goals aligned to revenue projections; manage full-cycle recruitment for consultants across roles (.NET, Java, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud).Drive campus outreach, referral programs, and partnerships with staffing agencies.Ensure a fast, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring experience.Policy & ProcessDevelop and maintain staffing policies: onboarding, performance reviews, timesheet compliance, and offboarding.Standardize interview frameworks, job descriptions, and grading matrices.Implement ATS enhancements, reporting dashboards, and SLA targets for requisition fulfillment.Talent Development & RetentionDesign continuous learning programs (technical upskilling, soft skills, leadership development).Partner with delivery managers to plan bench utilization, internal rotations, and project-ready training.Monitor engagement metrics; implement retention initiatives (mentorship, career pathing, recognition).Qualifications & Experience10+ years in IT staffing, consulting services, or professional staffing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving sales growth in a services or staffing environment (revenue quotas met/exceeded).Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations and talent lifecycle management.Experience building and managing strategic alliances with technology partners.Strong analytical skills; proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ATS platforms.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
