Job Description

The incumbent in this role category will be responsible for creating digital media campaigns strategies across various brand categories with a focus on building successful and collaborative client partnerships. Job Responsibilities Work on a robust digital media strategy aligned to the client’s annual marketing plans and their expectations from an integrated marketing communication approach for the brand Work with the Business team to create an annual digital plan for clients on the basis of available budgets and resources Oversee digital media campaign planning, execution and delivery by holding regular meetings with the team to review progress, understand challenges and ensure course correction to achieve desired results Address client concerns and escalations by providing innovative solutions to ensure optimization of ongoing campaigns Provide regular updates and reports on market spends and campaign performance to senior management as well as the client Build a rapport with clients through ongoing interactions on live campaigns as well as share latest trends and industry updates on the digital media landscape Build on existing business opportunities through active pitching, sharing of new ideas-concepts as well as promoting OMG proprietary tools Conduct regular meetings with specific vendors to understand new platforms, trends and technology implementation Responsible for vendor selection through a comprehensive vetting, review and audit process Train team members to drive work efficiency and promote collaborative working with other teams Responsible for team to stay updated and certified on all proprietary tools and processes Ensure participation in industry forums and awards for recognition and promotion of brand OMG India. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s/ PG Diploma in Business Management (Preferred) Minimum 8+ years of digital media planning experience required. Should have managed Programmatic or Social. Example of platforms - DV360, FB, IG, Twitter, Snapchat, Trade desk. Should have experience of setting up campaigns on at different channels and platforms. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Excellent Analytical and Organizational Skills Eye for Detail and Accuracy
