About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful delivery of Data Enablement projects aligned with Novartis standards and timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to project governance, budget policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Champion high-quality data engineering practices across global teams and initiatives.
- Implement robust security and compliance measures in all solution delivery activities.
- Foster adoption of Agile, Productization, and DevOps practices to accelerate innovation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver impactful technology solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable business impact through scalable technology deployments.
