Zycus is seeking a visionary Director Strategic Solutions with proven expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and hands-on experience with leading procurement suites such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, and GEP.
The ideal candidate will bring strong GenAI acumen, global transformation leadership, and deep consulting expertise to help enterprises solve complex challenges, deliver measurable value, and position Zycus as the superior choice against market competitors. This leader will manage regional teams and drive strategic transformation programs across
EMEA, APAC & ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Value Realization
- Partner with C-level executives to understand business pain areas, design transformation roadmaps, and deliver tangible ROI using Zycus S2P solutions.
- Competitive Positioning & Differentiation
- Present Zycus as a strategic alternative to leading competitors (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP) by articulating unique value propositions and innovation-led advantages.
- Generative AI in Procurement
- Leverage GenAI and advanced analytics to provide predictive insights, automation opportunities, and next-generation procurement intelligence.
- Global Program Leadership & Risk Management
- Lead complex, multi-country S2P rollouts, anticipate implementation risks, manage regulatory/compliance differences, and ensure successful outcomes across geographies.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Drive enterprise-wide change management strategies, mitigate resistance, and ensure smooth adoption of new procurement processes and technologies.
- Customer-Centric Consulting
- Assess procurement maturity, identify operational inefficiencies, and propose scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Thought Leadership & Domain Expertise
- Act as a domain expert, stay ahead of procurement and AI innovations, and represent Zycus in industry forums, roundtables, and executive discussions.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing consulting team; work with internal functions (Product, Pre-sales, Delivery, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1218 years of experience in procurement consulting & S2P domain with global exposure.
- Hands-on expertise in leading procurement platforms (Zycus, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, etc.).
- Proven track record of executive engagement, competitive positioning, and value articulation.
- Strong experience in global program management, risk assessment, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Generative AI to procurement transformation use cases.
- Excellent communication, boardroom presence, and cross-regional team leadership skills.
Job Requirement
What We're Looking For
- 1018 years of experience in procurement consulting, transformation, or implementation roles within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain, with strong global exposure.
- Deep domain expertise across leading procurement platforms such as Zycus, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, SAP HANA, or similar cloud-based suites.
- Proven track record of global S2P implementations, with strong understanding of both upstream (sourcing, contracts) and downstream (procurement, invoicing, payments) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, provide strategic advisory, and drive procurement transformation roadmaps.
- Strong consulting and solutioning background with skills in solution design, configuration, UAT management, and program leadership.
- Ability to define and articulate value realization frameworks, ROI metrics, and competitive positioning, clearly differentiating Zycus against other market offerings.
- Experience in global program management, with expertise in risk assessment, change management, and adoption strategies for complex rollouts.
- Excellent executive communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with strong boardroom presence and the ability to influence at senior levels.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for procurement innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience in applying Generative AI to procurement consulting and transformation use cases is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-regional teams, collaborating effectively across geographies and industries.
