Job Title: Associate Director of Compensation & Benefits Department: HR Years of Experience : 10 15 years Location: Bangalore Role Summary: Azentio Software is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, development, and execution of compensation and benefits programs. This role will play a key part in aligning compensation strategies with business objectives, ensuring competitive pay structures, and enhancing employee satisfaction. The Director will oversee the global compensation and benefits function, manage benchmarking activities, and drive initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. What will you do Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of global compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with Azentios business goals and market competitiveness. Manage all compensation programs, including base salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans. Design and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning in compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits. Develop and manage compensation budgets and forecasts. Lead the annual salary review and bonus payout processes across regions. Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters such as job evaluations, promotions, and salary increase. Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure effective benefits administration and service delivery. Create and implement communication strategies to promote employee understanding and appreciation of compensation and benefits programs. Drive continuous improvement in compensation and benefits processes, leveraging technology and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred). 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing global compensation and benefits programs (APAC, EMEA, US), preferably in the technology or software industry. Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration. Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting market benchmarking, and managing salary surveys. Proven ability to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HR technology platforms and compensation software tools. Nice to Have: Certification in Compensation (CCP or equivalent) is a plus. Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integrating compensation and benefits programs.
