Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Martech Ownership

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and execute campaigns across various digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and present them to the management team.

Email Marketing:

  • Own the email channel end-to-end—calendar planning, list management, dynamic personalisation, testing, and deliverability.
  • Segment lists and personalize email content to improve engagement.
  • Report on open, click, and conversion metrics; iterate for continual improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Personality & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who is eager and able to learn new tools, tactics, and technologies quickly
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) or final-year student at a wellknown Mumbai college (e.g. KPB Hinduja, Narsee Monjee, Mumbai University, IIDE, etc.) •      Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

Location:

Nariman Point, Mumbai Working Days: - Monday to Friday in work from office mode
