Associate - Design & Technical Support

Job Description

Work on Excel sheets to create project-wise window design specification sheets for costing purposes (PPSS). Create window/facade cross-sectional drawings and shop drawings that meet architectural requirements and aesthetic views using AutoCAD. Provide technical support to the sales team by addressing their queries and concerns. Attend technical sales meetings with clients, if required, to discuss project requirements and provide expert guidance. Execute all tasks assigned by the manager or management in a timely and efficient manner. Attend site/factory visits when necessary for technical meetings, issue resolution, inspections, and quality checks. Generate drawings as per the requirements of the team and management. Facilitate coordination between various departments, clients, management, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Undertake any tasks assigned by the immediate manager or management, whether technical or non-technical. Demonstrate a long-term commitment to the organization and contribute to its growth and success. Preferred Qualifications Background in the Windows (Aluminium) or Facade industry is highly desirable Basic knowledge of the different types of glass commonly used in the Window Facade industry. Experience working with design software such as Orgadata, Windowmaker, and 3D software like Solidworks, and CREO is a plus.
