About the Role SkillTyro is looking for a Design Associate to create compelling visual content that drives engagement across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong creative instinct, technical skills in design software, and an interest in AI-assisted design workflows. Key Responsibilities Create eye-catching graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and email campaigns. Design landing pages, banners, marketing collaterals, and branding materials. Work on infographics, motion graphics, and interactive content for better engagement. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Stay updated with AI-based design tools like Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and MidJourney. Assist in UI/UX design for website landing pages and mobile apps. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools like MidJourney, Canva AI, or Adobe Firefly is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and typography. Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
