Associate, Data Reporting - Global Capability Center Associate, Data Reporting - Global Capability Center in Gurugram, , India ERROR: Invalid launcher label/key Associate, Data Reporting - Global Capability Center Description Key responsibilities: The Associate, Data Reporting (Data Analyst) is responsible for implementing all tasks related to data management and reporting functions across the global people operations. This role will collaborate with other global HR teams across Global People Operations (GPO) to design, develop, and sustain reporting solutions ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery to support strategic decisions for our global workforce. You will fulfill a wide range of varied work from all divisions and across all levels which will include, but are not limited to the following examples: What will you be doing Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders from a variety of functions Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across the organization Collect, analyze, and interpret global HR data sets from various sources and systems Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR systems and reports Collaborate with other internal teams to optimize data systems and reporting tools Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures Assist in the development of data models and database structures Stay current with advances in HR analytics and data visualization technologies Support the integration of data from various systems and sources Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR strategy and decision-making Comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in data handling and reporting What you bring Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in HR or a related field Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, specifically Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation Experience with Workday and other HR technologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong project management abilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
