We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage data extraction and documentation tasks. The role involves gathering data from multiple sources including ERP systems, Zoho, hard copy registers, and other internal platforms. The candidate must be proficient in feeding and organizing data into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Sheets in a structured, clean, and presentable format.
· Extract data from various sources such as ERP systems, Zoho, and physical records.
· Enter, organize, and maintain accurate data in Excel and Google Sheets.
· Prepare structured and formatted reports/documents in Word and Sheets.
· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms.
· Coordinate with relevant teams to collect missing or unclear data as needed.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
· Ability to understand and work with structured and unstructured data.
· Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and Zoho is an advantage.
· Experience with handling hard copy records and digitizing them is a plus.
