Job Description

A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They serve as the first point of contact for customers and help maintain strong relationships with clients. Region: India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka/China Key responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email. Process orders, send order confirmation and invoice. Communication to customers/distributors about delivery dates/delays. Administrative handling of return of goods. Creation of credit notes. Managing price lists. Creation of sample orders. Supporting customers/distributors with documents related to (sample) order (export documents/COA/Bill of Lading). Handling bank documents and customs declaration. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager. Register customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed. Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures. Meet performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction. Skillset Min 5 year experience in Customer Service. Experience processing export orders (international environment) Microsoft D365. Fluently English Commercial skills (internal sales/lead generation). Administrative skills & punctual. Willing to travel to Belgium for +/- 4 weeks for training. Software/Hardware Requirement with additional accessories: Experience in processing orders/invoicing Microsoft D365 Contact Details: 8668127035
