Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - CRM - Customer Service - Email Channel in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service through email. Roles and Responsibility
Deliver extraordinary customer services by responding to concerns via email.
Process queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure satisfaction.
Document each customer''s question or problem and its resolution.
Gather relevant information from customers to facilitate resolution.
Manage daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance.
Persuade customers to provide feedback to improve processes, products, and customer experience.
Identify and escalate priority issues, reporting them to the Supervisor.
Professionally outcall customers, respond to queries and complaints, and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Job
Bachelor''s degree required.
Previous experience in an email customer support role, preferably in NBFC/Bank email process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different personality types.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an added advantage.
Relevant experience0 to 3 years.
