You'll work alongside SEO strategists, designers, and client teams to create content that actually moves the needle for top-tier brands.

• Write compelling, research-driven long-form content (blog posts, guides, use case pages, case studies) that ranks and converts
• Conduct thorough research on industry topics, competitive gaps, and audience needs to develop original, high-quality content
• Transform complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with category analysts and SMEs to gather insights and create authoritative content
• Write with the reader/audience in mind — focusing on substantive simplicity and client value
• Optimize all content for search engines using keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and content structure
• Build topical authority through strategic content clusters and internal linking
• Work closely with SEO team to align content with broader organic growth strategies
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices
• Review and revise drafts for quality, clarity, and accuracy based on stakeholder feedback
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, style consistency, and brand voice alignment
• Fact-check and verify statistics, dates, and claims using authoritative sources
• Ensure all content follows editorial style guides and formatting standards
• Continuously update and refresh existing content to maintain relevance and search rankings
• Work alongside SEO specialists, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to create aligned content
• Act as a liaison between content, SEO, and client teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Manage multiple client content projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Contribute to content planning, editorial calendars, and strategic discussions
• 2-3 years of professional content writing experience with a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expert knowledge of grammar and style
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats (blog posts, long-form articles, guides, case studies)
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization techniques
• Outstanding research skills and ability to quickly understand complex topics
• Ability to write for diverse audiences and adapt tone/style based on brand guidelines
• Self-starter mentality with curiosity and initiative to pursue new ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Surfer SEO)
• Experience working with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Notebook LM, Microsoft Copilot)
• Background in B2B, SaaS, technology, or enterprise content writing
• Understanding of content marketing funnels and conversion optimization
• Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts
• You've written 20-25 pieces of high-quality content across multiple client accounts
• You understand client brand voices, target audiences, and content objectives
• You're collaborating effectively with SEO specialists and incorporating optimization best practices
• Your content is consistently meeting quality standards with minimal revisions required
In Your First 6 Months• You're managing content creation independently across 3-4 client accounts
• Your content is driving measurable organic traffic growth and engagement for clients
• You're proactively identifying content opportunities and bringing strategic ideas to the team
• Clients are providing positive feedback on the quality and impact of your work
In Your First Year• You're a trusted content partner for your clients — they rely on your expertise and recommendations
• You've contributed to significant organic growth milestones for multiple client accounts
• You're mentoring junior writers and elevating the overall content quality standards
• You're experimenting with GEO and AI-powered content strategies, staying ahead of industry trends
