Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email to clients, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to address customer concerns proactively, offering solutions that align with company policies and client needs. Performance Driven: Continuously strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Online Customer Support: Engage with customers in a virtual, digital setting, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across different communication channels. Knowledge Requirements: AdWords Expertise: Account activation and optimization Campaign management and optimization Reporting options and budget management Handling queries related to account, campaign, budget, and keywords management Skills and Qualifications: Education: Graduate or above in any field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, specifically supporting AdWords projects. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Language Proficiency: CEFR B2+ rating or equivalent language proficiency required. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively address customer issues under pressure and within tight deadlines.
