Associate Consultant - Video Editor

Job Description

Graphic Design: Design and produce creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, email templates, and advertisements. Work with the marketing team to create visual elements that align with brand identity and campaign objectives. Develop visually compelling presentations, landing pages, and website visuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to design materials for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives. Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns. Work with raw footage, create motion graphics, incorporate sound design, and apply visual effects to produce engaging videos. Produce YouTube videos, tutorials, product demos, explainer videos, and advertisements. Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to ensure the video content matches the brands tone and vision. Optimize video content for different platforms and audiences (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive and consistent design direction across all media. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for creative assets and video content. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design and video content. Ensure that the look and feel of designs and videos align with the overall brand message and target audience. Content Optimization: Ensure that design and video assets are optimized for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Edit and prepare files in the appropriate formats and resolutions for various uses. Required Skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work, with examples of digital media, motion graphics, and video content. Technical Skills: Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar design software. Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software. Familiarity with video compression, formats, and optimization for social media. Creative Skills: Strong design sense with a keen eye for detail, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with the ability to find unique solutions to design and video challenges.
