Job Title: Associate Consultant Work Hours: General ,working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode of Work) Job Overview: Join global organization with 82000+ employees around the world, as an Consultant based in IQVIA Bangalore. You will be part of IQVIAs world class technology team and will be involved in design, development, enhanced software programs or cloud applications or proprietary products. We are seeking a Consultant with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have Responsible for data extraction, validation, and analysis using various IQVIA databases. Ability to look at data and spot trends and/or anomalies in the data in (Italian Language). Job Responsibility Organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work independently, and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines Good analytical capability, strong secondary research skills and excellent communication (Verbal / Written ) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines Share insights and observations with the stakeholders. Ability to compare data sets, merge data sets Responsible for data extraction, validation, and analysis using various IQVIA databases Ability to look at data and spot trends and/or anomalies in the data Create Excel templates for data analysis and documentation (SOPs, Checklists) of projects Interact with clients to manage new client transitions, query resolution and ad-hoc requests Ability to work in a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times Qualifications & Skill 3-5 Years of experience Fluent in Italian, with the ability to speak, write, and read the language. Language Qualification: Level Certification C2 from the Italian Culture Center or a degree in Italian Language from any university. Proficient in creating Excel and PowerPoint dashboards. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders Any bachelors/master’s degree. Pharma knowledge would be preferred. Power BI, Advance Excel, VBA 4+ years’ experience in VBA. Should be able to work on automation and create VBA/excel dashboard. Good knowledge in MS Excel 2+ years’ experience in Power BI. Should have Intermediate knowledge SQL/Python – Good to have Experience in managing project and people.
