• Packing: Professionals carefully wrap and box all types of household and office items, including delicate glassware, large appliances, and furniture. They use appropriate materials like bubble wrap, cardboard, and foam to protect everything.
• Loading: They systematically load the packed boxes and furniture onto a moving truck, often placing fragile items in the center to minimize damage.
• Transporting: They drive the belongings to the new destination, whether it's a local move across town or a long-distance one.
• Unloading: They carefully remove all the items from the truck and place them in their designated rooms at the new location.
• Unpacking: Some services will also unpack the boxes and set up items as requested.

Additional services

• Furniture assembly/disassembly: Packers and movers can dismantle large items like beds and tables before a move and reassemble them at the new location.
• Storage: If needed, many companies offer storage solutions for your belongings for a period of time.
• Specialized moving: They can also move vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Conversion: Identifying and contacting prospective customers (via phone, email, or in-person) to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Engaging with potential clients to understand their specific moving and packing requirements, such as volume of items, distance, timing, and any special handling needs.
• Service Presentation and Explanation: Presenting the company's moving services, features, and benefits, and recommending suitable solutions (e.g., packing services, insurance options, storage) tailored to the customer's needs.
• Quoting and Negotiation: Preparing price quotes, negotiating terms, and creating sales agreements or contracts for the services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and handle any post-sale issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordination and Documentation: Collaborating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and move details in a CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or any stream.
• Multi language - candidates with south languages also welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
