Job Title: Remote Desktop support (System Engineer) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge Incident, Change and Desktop Support to ensure seamless operations in a remote work environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and troubleshoot various Printers and application related issues, ensuring seamless operation and integration within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of service. Provide remote desktop support to users, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system performance. Monitor system operations during night shifts to proactively identify and address potential issues. Utilize your expertise in incident management to develop strategies for rapid response and resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all support activities. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions to support continuous improvement. Implement best practices in desktop support to optimize user experience and satisfaction. Analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Assist in the development of training materials for users to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. Contribute to the design and implementation of system upgrades to meet evolving business needs. Support the companys commitment to delivering high-quality service through proactive problem-solving. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation. Qualifications: Proven experience with Remote Desktop roles. Strong understanding of Printer configurations, Network drive, Application related issues. Experience with Intune and MECM for application installation/troubleshooting. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Basic familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote. Skills: Provide remote desktop support to users, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing Remote desktop roles. Job Location: Work from office at our Chennai location. Shift: Night shifts.
