Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Cluster Manager located in Hyderabad. The Associate Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations within their cluster, ensure client satisfaction, and manage stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, coordinating with team members, and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in operational management and performance tracking
• Proficiency in implementing business strategies
• Knowledge of financial services or Banking sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad
