You will have a direct impact on our Claims process. Youll work as part of a high-energy team thats scaling across all functions. Pushing high quality recruitment of Doctors while also balancing the pros/cons of speed/quality will be critical. As part of your day-to-day work, you will Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified doctors through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the claims team and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages by company policies and budgetary constraints. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization. Must Haves Work experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity using social networks to post job ads and source candidates. Excellent communication skills. Good time management. Basic knowledge of google sheets and excel.
