What will you drive?

This role involves achieving defined conversion targets. Guide customers looking to sell their cars by helping them list their vehicles on the portal. Coordinate with potential buyers to facilitate smooth negotiations and deal closures. Focus on maximizing conversions to meet targets and contribute to revenue generation for the company. Provide customers with information about our products and services through effective and engaging communication. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve their issues promptly. Understand customer needs thoroughly and offer suitable solutions to their queries. Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns and deliver a smooth journey. Meet daily and monthly targets related to call handling, customer engagement, and successful conversions. Stay consistently updated on product features and market trends to deliver accurate, relevant, and compelling information to customers.
