Associate - Business Development Representative

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing sales operations, managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and identifying new business opportunities to expand Niveus" presence. Your role will involve communicating directly with customers, recommending solutions based on their needs, and serving as a liaison between the Google sales team and Niveus Sales & Presales teams. Additionally, you will assist Business Development Managers in meeting revenue quotas, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and coordinate with partners to identify target accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Inputting data accurately and in a timely manner on all customer contacts - Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities - Passing qualified leads to Business Development Managers - Developing rapport with customers and gathering information to improve relations - Setting meetings with clients to understand business requirements - Coordinating with Business Development Managers and Partners to identify target accounts - Giving technical demonstrations of products and services to prospective customers - Proactively implementing new systems and processes - Adhering to all quality and information security policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Associate - B.E. Degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or Electronics - Previous experience using customer relationship management software - Experience in engaging in high-level conversations with C-level executives - Understanding of cloud computing and its business benefits - Ability to present complex technology in a simplified manner for non-technical audiences - Excellent presentation and communication skills,
