Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerforming research to identify market trends.Understanding the preferences of customers and converting potential customers.Driving Sales across platforms.Developing marketing plans to increase brand awareness.Ensuring a brand's presence on online and offline platforms.Reviewing product packaging and positioning procedures.Working closely with the brand manager.Ensuring consistency in the product lining strategy.Updating product pricing to align the company's long-term strategies.Organizing and participating in promotional activities to uphold a positive brand image.Administering different survey tools.Coordinating customer loyalty plans.Performing activities to communicate the business value proposition to customers.Recording customer information according to a target profile.Implementing various product and brand promotion plans.Providing inputs from the customer experience map to the design and development teams. RequirementsA bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business administration, management, or a similar field.Work experience as a brand associate, marketing associate, or a similar role.Knowledge about product packaging, positioning, and pricing.Ability to perform market analysis and interpret charts, spreadsheets, etc.Excellent Written and Verbal communication.
