About the Position We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Application Scientist Support to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical and scientific support, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and solutions. As an entry-level role, you will work closely with senior scientists & support teams to troubleshoot technical issues, provide product demonstrations, and assist with application development. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in scientific support and application science. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide first-line technical support via email, phone, or video calls. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application of our products, working with other teams as needed for complex issues. Technical Assistance: Assist with product installations, configurations, and maintenance. Guide them through the best practices for using the product in their specific applications. Product Demonstrations: Assist with product demonstrations, including in-person and virtual sessions, showcasing key product features and how they benefit customers. Application Development: Assist in evaluating and optimizing workflows and applications to improve product performance. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve product limitations or enhancement opportunities. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and new feature requests. Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer needs and issues. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and communication. Qualifications & Skills Required Understanding on Bioinformatics & Zeal for software technical support Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or similar). Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a scientific or technical support role (internships, academic projects, or relevant experience are a plus). Technical Skills: Familiarity with scientific software and tools (experience with (Genespring & MPP Software is a plus). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and support both internal teams and external customers. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in Night shifts.
