Description

We are seeking an Associate, Amazon Now to manage the pricing operations for Amazon Now. S/he will be required to effectively manage pricing tools for the category by driving internal and external benchmark. S/he will conduct dive deeps and share insights around pricing drivers. S/he will share business reports with brands and act as a partner for business growth.Key job responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for Pricing operationsSurface pricing related concerns to key vendorsProvide guidance for vendor growth and successHelp vendors understand and leverage best practicesSeller DevelopmentShare industry insights and growth opportunitiesProvide recommendations for business optimizationDrive pricing promotions for brands to support growthQuery ResolutionOffer proactive support to address vendor concernsProvide solutions to help vendors overcome business challengesConnect vendors with relevant resources and toolsBuild long-term relationships through consistent supportShare best practices for product listing and presentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in customer/vendor support or related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsEnthusiasm for helping businesses growBasic understanding of e-commerce operations

About The Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
