ROLE ON COMPANY'S (STADA INDIA) DIRECT CONTRACT FOR 1 YEAR, TO BE REVIEWED BASIS PERFORMANCE ! Role & responsibilities In this role, you will Mainly Work in Office Administration & Recruitment which includes: Handling Travel Arrangements National & Local Handling Hotel Accomodation for Delegates Handling Food / Refreshments Orders during International Delegates & External Clients Visits Canteen & Vending Machine Management. Contracts & Agreements Sourcing Resumes from Job Portals Based on JD's provided. Scheduling Interviews & Supporting in the Recruitment Process New Joinee Onboarding & Documentation Logistic support for Employee Engagement activities Handling all Office AMCs, Office Equipment Vendors. Coordination with Mobile telecom Vendors for SIM Card Activation / Deactivation / Porting. HR Operations Good in Excel & Record keeping Preparing Admin & Recruitment Reports Supervising the Housekeeping and Security Team. Preferred candidate profile Should Have Decent English Communication (Verbal & Written) Should be Good in Excel, Preparing Reports Should have a Self Initiating Attitude Should be Assertive by Nature Should be Good at Followups The Job Requires the Person to Come to Office on All the 5 Days (Monday to Friday). The Office Location is close to Juinagar Station.
