Key Responsibilities Verify monthly bank reconciliation statements for all company bank accounts and ensure all missing entries are accounted for in the ZOHO Books Software Prepare a full set of financial statements for statutory audit purposes Implement and maintain accounting systems in compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulations Review all transactions subject to TDS and ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act, of 1961 Ensure timely payment of TDS liabilities to avoid interest and penalties File quarterly TDS returns within due dates and issue Form 16A quarterly and Form 16 annually as required Review all revenue recognition and service tax accounting transactions under the GST Act 2017 Advise on GST applicability for different types of transactions, including reverse charge, forward charge, exports, and GST reversals Provide updates on amendments and regulatory changes relevant to the industry Review and verify professional tax and provident fund calculations and ensure timely payments Ensure statutory compliance by filing PT and PF returns within due dates Note The freelancer will be available on-site at the company office as needed to coordinate and guide the accounts team Availability for communication via email and mobile 24/7 to ensure smooth completion of assigned tasks About Company: Established in the year 2014 in Pune, Maharashtra, Inorbvict Healthcare India Private Limited is a private limited company-based firm, engaged as the manufacturer, trader, exporter, and wholesaler of biphasic defibrillators, CPAP machines, EMG machines, and much more.
